What is your policy in regards to buyer’s remorse?
Members have up to 15 calendar days from the start date to return the device as long as they haven’t used more than 30 minutes or 50 MB of data.
What is your policy in regards to unlocking?
If a Member purchases the device outright, they can request to have it unlocked at any time.
If a Member purchases the device on a 2-year agreement, they will need to wait at least 90 days to get it unlocked.
Member will need to pay an unlocking fee of $50, plus applicable taxes for both scenarios.
What is your cancellation policy?
Members can cancel at anytime.
If a Member is on 2-year agreement, they will need to pay their remaining device balance.
How do I set up and check my voicemail?
Dial 1 on your phone that is connected to the Home Phone Hub. Follow the prompts.
How do I turn off Call Waiting?
Dial #43# to turn off call waiting.

Can I use 911 on my home phone?
Yes, you can! As long as power is present, calls can be completed without a SIM card installed. Make sure you have good cellular coverage when you set up the product. Location accuracy and ability to establish the emergency call degrades in poor coverage. Depending on local E911 service capabilities, operators can determine the location.
Does the Home Phone have good coverage?
This product is run on Virgin Mobile’s Network. Our network covers 99% of the Canadian population, however it’s always good to make sure you have good signal wherever you go. When you set up the Home Phone Hub – make sure the “Signal Bars” on the Device is at least 4 bars or better.
Can I take my SIM Card and move it to another device?
No. Once the SIM is activated on the Home Phone, you will not be able to use the SIM Card for another device. If you want to activate an additional line, head to a Virgin Mobile Store to get hooked up.
