If you're a current Member replacing your phone with an upgrade or a replacement phone log in to My Account.

Activate a Prepaid Phone

Here's what you'll need to activate your prepaid phone:

  • Charge your phone so that it shows at least one bar of power
  • Have your Top Up card and any promo or Kickback codes handy
  • If you bought a Top Up card you'll need the cash register receipt
  • SIM card (if this applies to you)
  • ESN/MEID (you’ll need this if you don't have a SIM card). To find it, open up the back of your phone and look for an 11-digit or 14-digit number.

  • Your internet stick
  • Have your credit card details handy
