  • How do I download the My Benefits App?

    The My Benefits App is available on iPhone and Android.

  • What's my password/PIN to get into the My Benefits App?

    The easiest way to get into the app is to turn off your Wi-Fi and we'll log you in automatically. But, if you're using Wi-Fi (that's you Home Internet, Home Phone and Tablet Members) you'll need to use your Virgin Mobile number and My Account password to login.

    • If you're a postpaid Member
      1. Log into the My Benefits app with your mobile number and the same password you use for My Account.
      2. Not registered for My Account? No worries, sign up now.
      3. Can't remember your My Account password? All good, reset your password.
    • If you're a prepaid Member
      1. Log into the My Benefits app with your mobile number and your My Account PIN.
      2. Can't remember your PIN? Reset your PIN now.
    • If you're a Home Internet, Home Phone and Tablet only Member:
      1. You'll need to be on Wi-Fi in order to use the app
      2. Use your Virgin Mobile number and same password you use to log into My Account.
      3. Not registered for My Account? No worries, sign up now.
      4. Can't remember your My Account password? All good, reset your password.
  • How do I redeem coupons and promo codes?

    Tap the Benefit you want to redeem then tap the Get this button. Your coupon/promo code will appear on the screen and will automatically be saved to My Benefits.

    When you're ready to use your coupons/promo code in-store or online, just find your saved coupon/code in My Benefits.

    For in-store offers, flash your phone with the coupon/code on screen at the checkout. For online offers, use your code on the partner's website.

  • Where are all my coupons and promo codes saved?

    Head to the menu and tap My Benefits to view all your saved Benefits. Once you've used a Benefit, tap on the 3 dots on the right and Mark as used to move it to History.

  • How do I troubleshoot the My Benefits app?

    If you're having trouble loading Benefits in your Spotlight, can't redeem coupons/promo codes or enter contests, try these troubleshooting tips.

    These steps can also help with the following error messages:

    • Oops! We lost you! *blushing* Please try again.
    • Connection Lost
    • Step 1: Make sure you're on the network or connected to WiFi.

      Step 2: Make sure you have a profile set up within the My Benefits app. Tap on >Menu My Profile to get started.

      If Step 1 and 2 don't work, delete the app and download the latest version from the App Store or Play Store. If you're still having issues after re-downloading the app, contact us and we'll help you out.

  • I see the message "Connection lost. Oops we lost you *Blushing* Please try again." What do I do?

    Make sure that you have a strong connection over the 3G/LTE network or over WiFi.

  • How do I log into the My Benefits app?

    First, make sure you're connected to the 3G/LTE network or WiFi. How you log in will depend on if you are on the 3g/LTE network or on WiFi.

    • If you're on the 3G/LTE network: Easy-peasy; you'll be automatically logged into the app when you launch it. Magic, huh?
    • If you're on WiFi and are a postpaid Member: You'll need to log into the My Benefits app with the same password you use when logging into My Account. Not registered for My Account? No worries, sign up now. Can't remember your password? All good, reset your password.
    • If you're on WiFi and are a prepaid Member: You'll need to log into the My Benefits app with the same PIN you use to log into My Account. Can't remember your PIN? Reset your PIN now.
  • How do I turn off my WiFi?

    Head to Settings > WiFi. Turn off your WiFi.

    Don't forget…. If you're a Home Internet, Home Phone or Tablet only Member, you'll need to be on Wi-Fi to use the My Benefits app.
