Wanna re-live the joy of getting a stack of bills in the mail? We didn't think so. That's why we make it super easy to pay your monthly bill. You can do it yourself on your own time or let us do the work for you by setting up auto payments. It's all up to you.

HOW TO SET UP AUTO PAYMENTS (PRE-AUTHORIZED)

My Account app

USE A BANK ACCOUNT

  1. Download and open the My Account app.
  2. Hit Profile from the bottom menu
  3. Sign in (if you haven't logged in previously)
  4. Hit My Profile
  5. Hit Billing and Services
  6. Hit edit button next to Method of Payment and hit Sign Up
  7. Hit Continue
  8. Review bank info, agree to the Terms, and hit Submit

 

 

What you'll need:

  • My Account app.
  • Your banking info (Transit Number, Bank Code, Bank Account Number).

USE A CREDIT CARD

  1. Head to virginmobile.ca/preauthsignup and log in.
  2. Pick Credit Card as the method of payment from the drop down list.
  3. Enter your credit card info.

 

 

What you'll need:

  • Your Virgin Mobile number and password.
  • A MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card issued in Canada.

USE A BANK ACCOUNT

  2. Pick Bank Account as the method of payment from the drop down list.
  3. Enter your bank info.

 

 

What you'll need:

  • Your Virgin Mobile number and password.
  • Your banking info (Transit Code, Bank Code, Account Number).

HOW TO MAKE A ONE TIME PAYMENT

My Account app

  1. Download and open the My Account app.
  2. Hit Pay Now
  3. Enter the Amount you want to pay
  4. Enter relevant CC info
  5. Review and submit

What you'll need:

  • My Account app
  • A MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card, issued in Canada.

MY ACCOUNT

  2. Enter your credit card information.

What you'll need:

  • Your Virgin Mobile number and password.
  • A MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card issued in Canada.

ONLINE OR TELEPHONE BANKING

  1. Register Virgin Mobile as a payee at your bank's website

    Heads Up! Expect between 2 to 5 business days for online or telephone banking payments to be processed.

What you'll need:

  • Your banking info
  • 14-digit Virgin Mobile Client ID
