My Account

  1. Head to virginmobile.ca/mypreferences and log in.
  2. Make your changes and Save.

Heads-up! If you get an e-Bill, make sure your email address is up to date.

My Account app

  1. Download and open the My Account app
  2. Hit the menu button in the top-left corner
  3. Hit the My Profile button, then hit My Profile
  4. To make any changes, hit the edit button on the right
  5. Make your changes, then hit Save
