IF YOU'RE ON A TERM AGREEMENT
When you get a new phone on a 2-year agreement, you get big time savings off the full retail price of your phone. In the past, this meant that you wouldn't have been eligible to get a new phone with the same major discount until you're near the end of your agreement.
Fast forward to Early Upgrades. You can now upgrade to a new phone by paying off your remaining phone balance. Getting a new phone has never been easier.
Good to Know: A one-time upgrade processing fee ($40) applies with hardware upgrades. You may be able to keep the same plan when you upgrade. Check in-store or My Account for more details.

IF YOU'RE ON THE VIRGIN MOBILE SUPERTAB
You can upgrade your phone at any time just by paying off your Virgin Mobile SuperTab™ balance.
How to upgrade:
- Start by checking your current balance. Head to virginmobile.ca/supertabbalance and log in or download the My Account app and go to Supertab from the main menu
- When you’re ready for a new phone, head to any Virgin Mobile store and we’ll hook you up right away.
Heads up! You'll need to switch over to a 2-year agreement when you grab your new phone.
IF YOU'RE A PREPAID MEMBER
You can upgrade your phone at any time by paying the full retail price of a new one, just pop into any Virgin Mobile store to see our hot phones.
Or if you want to save some cash, you can always head to any Virgin Mobile store and do a credit check to see if you're good to move to a 2-year agreement in order to get a shiny new phone at a discounted price!
