PRICING AND TAXES
All prices are in Canadian dollars. For phone purchases, tax is calculated based on the shipping address. For service charges, tax is calculated based on the province where the service is provided.
MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
No problem. Have your web order confirmation number handy and give us a shout at 1-888-999-2321. You can find this number on the order confirmation email that is sent to you when you order your phone.

If you choose a monthly plan
All phone purchases are a one-time charge to your Canadian-issued credit card. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted. You can choose a different method of payment for your monthly bill when you register for My Account.
- All orders for phones on a monthly plan have to go through a credit check.
- Make sure your credit card is not maxed out as we charge your credit card a temporary $5 pre-authorization fee. This applies even on $0 phones.
- If you don’t want to do the credit check you can choose a Prepaid plan.
If you choose Prepaid Plan
All phone purchases are a one-time charge to your Canadian-issued credit or debit card. No credit check is needed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Online orders are processed and activated in about 2-3 business days and we offer shipping within 2 business days in select regions. In rural areas, it could take up to five business days for you to get your phone.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
We'll email you a tracking number to let you know when your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
The courier will leave you a delivery notice if you're not home to sign for your order. Orders are usually held for a maximum of 15 days for you to pick up at the nearest pick-up location.
RETURNING A VIRGIN MOBILE PHONE
We know you'll love being with Virgin Mobile. We back it up with our 15 Day You'll Love Us Guarantee. If you're not 100% happy with your order, you can exchange it for a new phone or return it for a full refund. Just make sure you have your original sales receipt and make up your mind within 15 days. For all returns, conditions do apply.
If you are a person of disability, you may return your device within 30 days of the commitment period. The same conditions apply.
