As of May 29, 2019, the period of time your prepaid account may be at $0 before Virgin Mobile can cancel your service will change to 90 calendar days from 120 calendar days.

Effective May 29, we're updating section 59 of your Terms and Conditions of Service. A full copy of the updated Terms and Conditions is available here. You can also read the previous version of the Terms and Conditions here.

Good to know: If your account is at $0 on May 29, this change will not affect your account until you add funds and become active again. Your account will remain active as long as you keep topping up before your funds expire.
