Got a letter from us? 

  1. There would have been either a Purolator waybill or Canada Post waybill attached to the bottom of the letter.
  2. Follow the instructions on the letter and keep it for your records. It contains the Postal Tracking number you’ll need as proof of shipping.

Return Steve for free with Canada Post

  1. Put your modem and power cord into a suitable box with proper packaging protection to ship your device back to us.
  2. Visit any Canada Post outlet and provide the following Post Return ID, PR890615. The clerk will print the return label and process your return.
  3. Please keep track of the return tracking number when returning shipment.
