1. 1. Find your IMEI ID

   a) Flash it on your mobile phone screen
   Most phones will show your IMEI on the screen after you punch in *#06#

   b) Or find it on your phone
   Turn off your phone, take off the back cover and take out the battery. You can find your IMEI ID number (it’s usually about 15 digits long) on the white sticker under the battery.

2. 2. Punch in your IMEI ID
   An error occurred while processing your request.

   • Please enter the IMEI number.
   • Please enter a valid IMEI number (a 15 digit number).

Can't find it?
