Good to know
- Holiday Payback Promise is only available on hardware upgrades and new 2-year agreements on Gold or Platinum plans.
- Credits will be based on the difference between the net purchase price of your phone and the lowest advertised price at a Virgin Mobile store or on virginmobile.ca. The advertised price must be within your province of residence, for the same Virgin Mobile phone (excluding applicable taxes), the same contract term, plan and features. Offer is valid from the time purchase until December 24, 2018.

- Offer only applies to activations and hardware upgrades at Virgin Mobile Stores.
- Your form must be postmarked no later than January 7, 2019 (so mail it in already).
