You can connect your phone to wi-fi for an Internet connection. With wi-fi, you can use most data services such as email, web browsing and downloading apps. Some network services might not be available over wi-fi, they only work when you are connect to the Virgin Mobile network.

To find out how to connect to wi-fi, head to the interactive phone guides, select your phone’s brand and model, and search for “wi-fi”.

HOW TO USE YOUR PHONE AS A wi-fi HOTSPOT

You can use your phone as a portable Wi-Fi hotspot. This lets you share your phone’s Internet connection with other phones, tablets and computers over Wi-Fi.

To find out how to use your phone as a wi-fi hotspot, head to the interactive phone guides, select your phone’s brand and model, and search for “Hotspot”.

Heads-up! When other devices connect to your Wi-Fi hotspot, they use data from your mobile service and charges might apply.
