How to End Your Prepaid Services.
If you’re looking to end your services, we’ll be sad to see you go. We hope you've given us a chance to fix anything that may have gone wrong.
- If you're on a prepaid monthly plan you can change to a pay-by-the-minute plan and just stop using your phone.
- If you're on a pay-by-the-minute plan all you need to do is stop using your phone.
- If your prepaid funds expire and you do not top up for 90 days your account will completely disconnect.
