Virgin Mobile's back to school campaign shows off tons of reasons why it's better to be a Member

The campaign, developed by Juniper Park, showcases the benefits available to Members, while also showing off the latest smartphones up for grabs.  From 25 percent off at H&M to $100 off sweet holiday packages from Flight Centre, the new campaign shines the spotlight on specific benefits that Members can get, just by having a Virgin Mobile phone. 

“Already, I’ve booked my summer vacay, scored some new short shorts, gone skydiving and zipped around town in a MINI Cooper – all for a great deal thanks to my Virgin Mobile smartphone.  Now that’s what I’m talking about!” said Nathan Rosenberg, chief marketing officer, Virgin Mobile Canada. “Oh, and Members can still talk, text and surf more on their super smartphones with the best plans around.  Like the track in our commercial says, we’ve brought it All Together Now.”

The TV commercials each feature the range of Member benefits currently available, all set to Patrick & Eugene’s All Together Now.  The spots show Members in everyday situations enjoying their Member benefits as they pop in from off-screen in fun-loving illustrations.  From discounts and exclusive access to concerts and films, the illustrations highlight the difference of what it means to be a Virgin Mobile Member with real examples of benefits currently available at www.virginmobile.ca/lounge

The new campaign will roll out in major markets across Canada this week, including Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto and Montréal.  Media placements will include: superboards and wall banners; mall placements; cross-country radio spots; 30 second, 15 second and 5 second spots on TV shows including the premiere of X Factor. Subway dominations in Vancouver, Toronto and Montréal will also feature customized executions that bring the list of Member benefits to life.
