If you're on a Prepaid Plan and don't have enough funds in your account on your payment date, we'll put you on the 35¢/minute plan. Simply top up to get back on your Plan.
Long distance charges on calls to Canada or the U.S. are 35¢/minute in addition to your local per minute rate.
It costs 15 ¢ to send a text within Canada, 20 ¢ to send an international text and receiving a text (from anywhere) is always free. International, Premium text messages (like replies to a Tweet or Facebook message) and short codes are excluded from your text messaging plan or Add-on and are billed at a premium rate.
Evening and weekend calling is from 7pm to 7am Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
