Here's How It Works
The contest runs from March 1 to April 15, 2010 and is open to all members with a Virgin Mobile iPhone or BlackBerry® Bold 9700 smartphone.
Any member who uses their phone to make a call or receive a call from outside of Canada or the U.S. is automatically entered.
One winner will be picked at random each day and will have their entire month's bill (all charges, not just roaming charges) on the house for that month.
Any member can only win once. Gotta' spread that winning love around.

Rules & Regs
VIRGIN MOBILE "GLOBAL MOBILE CONTEST" CONTEST RULES
Important note: the following contest is intended for Canadian residents only and is governed by Canadian law.
1) Contest period runs from March 1, 2010 at 12:01 am ET to April 15, 2010 at 11:59 pm ET ("Contest Period").
2) Virgin Mobile "Global Mobile Contest" ("Contest") is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence on or before January 1, 2010, and who are subscribers of Virgin Mobile Canada ("Virgin Mobile") postpaid services with (i) a Virgin Mobile iPhone or a BlackBerry® BoldTM 9700 smartphone; and with (ii) an account in good standing except employees (and those with whom they are domiciled) of Virgin Mobile and their advertising and promotional agencies.
3) To enter Contest: Starting on March 1, 2010, each Virgin Mobile Postpaid subscriber that holds an account for a Virgin Mobile postpaid service for a Virgin Mobile iPhone or a BlackBerry® BoldTM 9700 smartphone ("Phone") who (i) makes an outbound voice call from his or her phone outside of Canada or the U.S. during the Contest Period, or (ii) receives an incoming voice call on his or her phone while outside of Canada or the U.S. during the Contest Period (each an "Entrant") will be automatically entered for a chance to win an account credit equal to the entire billing month's current charges for that same phone number for the billing month in which the qualifying voice call was made or received. One entry per phone number per day. Only calls made and received during the Contest Period for which Virgin Mobile has received call detail and billing information by June 15, 2010 are eligible as entries to the Contest.
4) At approximately 11:00 am ET on May 15, 2010, one entry will be selected for each day of the Contest Period from among all eligible entries received for that same day during the Contest Period. Each entry will be drawn randomly, electronically, at Virgin Mobile's offices in Toronto. The authorized account holder whose phone number is drawn will be notified via telephone and/or email and must confirm his/her full mailing address and correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (which may be administered by phone), within fifteen (15) days of being notified to successfully claim the prize, or the prize will be deemed forfeited. Each Entrant is only eligible to win once. The prize ("Prize") consists of payment of all current charges related to the phone number that made or received the qualifying roaming call on Entrant's Virgin Mobile bill for the billing month during which the call was made or received. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or otherwise redeemable for cash. The account credit will be applied to each selected Entrant's account subsequent to the confirmation of the selected Entrant as a winner. Odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each day of the Contest Period.
5) All entries become the property of Virgin Mobile, which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software or failure of any entry to be received by Virgin Mobile on account of technical problems. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of the Contest Rules and criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Virgin Mobile reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Subject to applicable law and approval from the Régie des alcools, des cours et des jeux (the "Régie") in Quebec, Virgin Mobile reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute as to who made and/or received a roaming call during the Contest Period, the entry, and therefore contest entry, shall be deemed made by the Authorized Account Holder of the Virgin Mobile phone number used outside of Canada or the U.S. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the person who is assigned by Virgin Mobile to the phone number from which the entry was made at the time of entry.
6) For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of the Contest may be submitted to the Régie for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
7) By entering this Contest, each Entrant agrees to abide by the Contest Rules and consents to the use of his/her name, city of residence, and/or likeness in any publicity carried out by Virgin Mobile and its advertising and promotional agencies and agents in relation to the Contest without further notice or compensation. By entering this Contest, Entrants release and hold harmless Virgin Mobile from any liability in connection with this Contest or participation in any Contest related activities or, if declared a winner, the use or misuse of the Prize.
8) If there should be a difference between the English and French versions of these Rules, the English version shall govern.
9) Virgin Mobile respects your right to privacy and will use your personal information only to contact individuals who have registered for information about its new services and packages and to conduct the Contest in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at www.virginmobile.ca . The Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
