Wanna re-live the joy of getting a stack of bills in the mail? We didn't think so. That's why we make it super easy to pay your monthly bill. You can do it yourself on your own time or let us do the work for you by setting up auto payments. It’s all up to you.

HOW TO SET UP AUTO PAYMENTS (PRE-AUTHORIZED)


MY ACCOUNT


USE A CREDIT CARD

  1. Head to virginmobile.ca/myaccount and log in.
  2. Click on My Profile tab.
  3. Click on Bills and Services link.
  4. Scroll down to Method of Payment, click on Change and then on Sign-up for Pre-authorized Payment
  5. Pick Credit Card as the method of payment from the drop down list.
  6. Enter your credit card info.

What you’ll need:

  • Your Virgin Mobile number and password.
  • A MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card issued in Canada.

USE A DEBIT CARD

  1. Head to virginmobile.ca/myaccount and log in.
  2. Click on My Profile tab.
  3. Click on Bills and Services link.
  4. Scroll down to Method of Payment, click on Change and then on Sign-up for Pre-authorized Payment
  5. Pick Bank Account as the method of payment from the drop down list.
  6. Enter your bank info.

What you’ll need:

  • Your Virgin Mobile number and password.
  • Your banking info (Transit Code, Bank Code, Account Number).

HOW TO MAKE A ONE TIME PAYMENT

  2. Hit Pay Now.

What you’ll need:

  • Your Virgin Mobile number and password.
  • A MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card issued in Canada.

  2. Click on My Bill tab.
  3. Click on Pay My Bill link.
  4. Enter your credit card information.

What you’ll need:

  • Your Virgin Mobile number and password.
  • A MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card issued in Canada.

ONLINE OR TELEPHONE BANKING

  1. Register Virgin Mobile as a payee at your bank's website

What you’ll need:

  • Your banking info
  • 14-digit Virgin Mobile Client ID
