If you’re on a term agreement
When you get a new phone on an agreement, you get big time savings off its full retail price for signing up with us. That means usually you won’t be good to get the same majorly discounted price on a new phone until you’re near the end of your agreement.
You can upgrade once you’re eligible. To check your eligibility log in to My Account and check the My Service tab. If you're eligible, head to a Virgin Mobile store to get your new phone and start showing it off!
If you don’t want to wait, then you can also upgrade any time you want by paying the full retail prices for a new phone.
If commitment isn't your thing, then you can also go month-to-month and get all the perks of being a Virgin Mobile Member without having an agreement.

You can upgrade your phone at any time just by paying off your Virgin Mobile SuperTab™ balance. Log in to My Account and go to My Bill > Virgin Mobile SuperTab History to check your current balance. When you’re ready for a new phone, head to any Virgin Mobile store and we’ll hook you up right away.
