IF YOU’RE ON A TERM AGREEMENT

When you get a new phone on a 2-year agreement, you get big time savings off the full retail price of your phone. In the past, this meant that you wouldn’t have been eligible to get a new phone with the same major discount until you’re near the end of your agreement.

Fast forward to Early Upgrades. You can now upgrade to a new phone by paying off your remaining phone balance. Getting a new phone has never been easier.

How to check your eligibility or your remaining phone balance:

My Account app

  1. Download and open the My Account app
  2. Hit the menu button in the top-left corner
  3. Scroll down, then hit Upgrade status
  4. When you're ready to upgrade, head to any Virgin Mobile store or log into My Account to upgrade online

  1. Head to virginmobile.ca/phoneupgrade and log in
  2. Follow the instructions to upgrade online or head to any Virgin Mobile store

You can upgrade your phone at any time just by paying off your Virgin Mobile SuperTab balance.

You can upgrade your phone at any time by paying the full retail price of a new one, just pop into any Virgin Mobile store to see our hot phones.

Or if you want to save some cash, you can always head to any Virgin Mobile store and do a credit check to see if you’re good to move to a 2-year agreement in order to get a shiny new phone at a discounted price!
