This holiday season, you don’t have to wait until our phone prices drop to get the best deal. Buy a phone today on any Gold or Platinum 2-year agreement, and if our price drops after you buy and before Dec. 23, let us know and get a credit for the difference.

how it works:

1 Hook up with a shiny new phone on any 2-year Gold or Platinum agreement between November 3 and December 23, 2016.
2 If our price on your phone drops lower than the price you paid before December 23, 2016, let us know by completing and sending in this form, your original sales receipt and the first 3 pages of your Virgin Service Agreement.
3 We'll slide the difference back to you as a credit on your account. Hey, that's how we roll.

Heads up! You've gotta mail in your form by January 7, 2017.

Good to know

  • Holiday Payback Promise is only available on hardware upgrades and new 2-year agreements on Gold or Platinum plans.
  • Credits will be based on the difference between the purchase price of your phone and the lowest advertised price at a Virgin Mobile store or on virginmobile.ca (within your province of residence) of the same Virgin Mobile phone (excluding applicable taxes) with the same contract term, plan and features between when you buy to December 23, 2016.
  • Holiday Payback Promise period begins on November 3, 2016.
  • Offer only applies to activations and hardware upgrades at Virgin Mobile Stores.
  • Your form must be postmarked no later than January 7, 2017 (so mail it in already).
  • Please send us your original receipt (don't forget to make a copy for your own records!)
  • The refund is applied as a credit on your account before taxes; allow about 8 weeks.
  • Form subject to verification and not transferable. Limit one form per activation.
