MONTHLY PRICE CHANGES

The monthly rate plan price will be increasing for some Members. This change will start on June invoices. We’re dedicated to making sure that you keep getting the awesome service and super fast network you’ve come to expect from us. We want you to know we are doing everything to keep our fees as low as possible.

This applies to you if:

  1. You received a notification from us in April:
    • Quebec: Letter or Email (depending on your preference)
    • Rest of Canada: Message on your bill
  2. You’re on a month-to-month Bring-Your-Own-Phone agreement
