Already a Virgin Mobile Member and want to upgrade?

If you receive a monthly bill from us, you can log into My Account and go to 'My Service' to see if you're eligible for an upgrade. If you're eligible simply head to a Virgin Mobile store near you to order your new phone.

 

If you're a prepaid Member, pop into any Virgin Mobile store to do a credit check and find out if you're good to move to a monthly plan and order your shiny new phone.
