Who can get Member Benefits?
Anyone with a Virgin Mobile phone number! If you get a monthly bill from us or have a Virgin Mobile prepaid account, you're a Member and eligible to redeem all Member Benefits and enter contests on virginmobile.ca.

I'm a Member! How do I sign up for a Member Benefit?
Choose a benefit from your category of choice and use your Virgin Mobile phone number to redeem it. If you're redeeming a discount coupon or promo code you'll get it right away. If you're entering one of our contests we'll get back in touch with you if you win. Don't forget to read the rules each time you enter a contest.
