  Just follow these easy steps.

  BlackBerry^® smartphones:

  1. Go to the TV & Radio icon and download the app.
  2. Agree to the Terms and conditions and launch the player.
  3. Once you’ve launched the player, just scroll over to the Live TV, Video clips or Radio tab.
  4. Click on a channel with the lock icon to add or go to settings then data plan details to subscribe.

  Android™ smartphones:

  1. Tap on the Mobile TV icon on your phone
  2. Tap on any channel and follow the instructions or go to settings then data plan details to subscribe.
  3. Tap on any show to subscribe.

  Apple iPhone:

  1. Search for Mobile TV in the app store.
  2. Install the app and launch when it’s complete.
  3. Tap on a channel to subscribe.

  • Launch the BlackBerry^® App World.
  • Log in using your BlackBerry^® ID or create an ID if you don’t have one.
  • Choose an app and then select "Purchase."
  • Select to pay on your Virgin Mobile bill and start downloading.

• How much does it cost to surf the web, watch TV or check emails on my phone?

  If you have a Smartphone :

  You can get data automatically with our Gold plans and Platinum plans or go with one of our Silver plans and only pay for the data you use. Head to our Data support page to find out how much data you'll need. If you're on prepaid, pay-by-the-page billing isn't available for smartphones. It's a good idea to hook up on a prepaid smartphone plan that includes data or get a prepaid data bundle to save cash.

  If you're travelling in the US data usage is $6/MB with a Combo plan. Get the U.S. Data Saver add-on feature for $10/month and pay only $1/MB. If you're travelling internationally make sure to check our international data roaming rates.

  If you have a Talk & Text phone:

  Go with one of our Silver plans and only pay for the data you use. Pay Per Use Data starts as low as $5/mo. and if you don't use anything, you don't pay anything. Simple. If you're on prepaid and you're going to browse the web a lot, it's a really good idea to hook up a prepaid data bundle to get on the web to save cash.

  If you're travelling in the US, get the U.S. Data Saver add-on feature for $10/month and pay only $1/MB instead of the regular $10.24/MB in the states. That's a lot of savings. If you're travelling internationally make sure to check our international data roaming rates.

• How do I get music for my Android™ smartphone?

• Why can’t I watch HBO on my phone anymore?

  We’re sorry about this, but as of June 27, 2013 the HBO add-on won’t be available anymore. You’ll still be able to watch over 25 live channels on the go like CTV, CTV Two, TSN, TSN2 and tons more. You don’t need to do anything – you won’t be charged for HBO after this day and your plan won’t be affected in any way.

  Heads-up! We’ll add a credit to your account to cover the cost of HBO for June 27 to your bill date. You’ll see it on your next two bills, depending on when your bill date is.
