To get the $30 credit, make sure you pick a monthly plan and have enough cash in your account to cover your total first month’s service (that’s your plan and any features you add on). Activation credits don't apply to activations through Care or SIM card only activations.
You can add cash to your prepaid account during activation or just log in to My Account at any time. You'll need a top up card or a credit card.
Topping up is how you add money to your Virgin Mobile prepaid account. When your account is low you can just top it up to keep making calls, sending text messages and using other cool stuff.
Top Up cards are sold at thousands of retail locations across Canada. You can pick them up in handy $15, $25, $50 and $100 amounts. Whatever works for you.
